My finacee and I were referred to Viya by a friend to design and make our engagement ring this past spring, and we couldn't have been happier! We loved working with Manav, Chase and the Viya team. They made the whole process so seamless, and I loved how they really got to know us from the beginning of the process. It truly felt like they cared and really understood what we were looking for. For example, if we didn’t choose any of the stones we saw in the first meeting, they reassured us and reinforced that they want to create the ring exactly how we want it, no matter how long it takes. Not to mention, the ring is stunning and more than I ever could have hoped for! I couldn't recommend Viya enough, and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future!!

My experience with Viya exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Chase was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process, making communication seamless even though I was located across the country in Seattle. The collaborative design process was smooth and enjoyable, and when we needed resizing afterward, Chase handled everything efficiently. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect from the exquisite craftsmanship of the ring itself to the beautiful packaging it arrived in. Most importantly, my fiancé absolutely loves the ring (and she said yes!). The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the final piece truly reflects the care and expertise that went into creating it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Viya to anyone looking for exceptional custom jewelry work.

Absolutely loved working with Chase and the Viya team on my emerald wedding band. They customized the ring to match my engagement ring and it looks great. The process was seamless and they had so many great rings in the store to try on (something I found lacking at most other places).

Working with Chase at Viya was absolutely amazing to work with! We came to them back in December 2024 to do a viewing of diamonds for an engagement ring. After finalizing the design, the ring was made and arrived securely at my doorstep in early Feb 2025. Given the fact that I'm nowhere near NYC, all of this was done remotely and it was a breeze. Throughout the process, Chase was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable when it came to diamonds, design, material, and quality. We've been nothing but amazed and pleased with Viya Jewelry, and we will definitely be working with them to create future jewelry!
